Day Applications for 2023 entry from External Students

The closing date for external student Day applications was Friday 3rd February 2023, and we are no longer accepting applications for 2023 entry to our Sixth Form.

Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application by post, with letters going out at the end of March 2023.

Applicants who receive a conditional offer should email 6thformadmin@ams.m-y-c.net by Tuesday 18th April if they wish to accept it.

We will then contact conditional offer holders in May with further details regarding the first of our compulsory Induction Days for external students on Thursday 29th June. They will also be asked to complete and submit a Confidential Admission Form by Wednesday 17th May.

Applicants who do not receive a conditional offer are welcome to remain on our continued interest list in case the situation changes on GCSE Results Day.  

 

Applications from Current St George’s Year 11 Students

The closing date for internal student Day applications was Monday 20th February 2023.

Students who applied for a Sixth Form place will receive a letter confirming the details of their provisional offer on Friday 21st April. 

Blue copies of Provisional Offer and Subject Allocation Forms must be returned to the Sixth Form Office by Friday 28th April. 

Students who did not apply for a Sixth Form place and wish to pursue alternative post-16 opportunities will receive a Post-16 Destination Form. This must also be returned to the Sixth Form Office by Friday 28th April.
